Phil helps leaders transform themselves and the organizations they lead. Building on more than 30 years in board and executive roles in both business and non-profit leadership, he attends to both results and relationships with humor, flexibility, and depth. His primary work consists of designing processes and coaching leaders and teams through implementing adaptive organizational change. He uses a variety of tools and assessments, and is certified with Taylor Protocols’ Core Values Index, Integrative Enneagram’s iEQ9, and Genos International’s emotional intelligence programs. Phil was a fellow in several multi-year leadership programs funded by the Lilly Endowment.
