Michelle brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm with over 20 years of experience developing and delivering solutions to workplace issues while appropriately balancing business and employee interests.
She has focused much of her career in startup and high growth businesses in financial and professional services, telecom, and retail industries.
As an HR leader, she has been responsible for developing and executing human resource programs in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of: talent acquisition, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, total rewards (including compensation and benefits), engagement, communication, risk management, and succession planning. She has led the helm of HR initiatives for mergers and acquisitions.
She is passionate about developing relationships with her business partners and her style is hands-on and collaborative.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP.
Michelle and her family enjoy spending time traveling on the coast of Oregon. She dabbles in cooking and painting.
