Amber brings over 20 years of extensive and diverse HR experience from various industries, sizes, structures, locations, and cultures including manufacturing, banking and financial services, construction, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, and non-profit . And, experience in all stages of business growth from start-ups to decline.
As an HR consultant, she takes a passionate, innovative, and collaborative approach to partnering with clients to meet their needs. Her clients find her strong business acumen, problem-solving, and project and change management skills enable her to be a true partner in business.
Customization is the key to her success; aligning HR strategy, function, processes, programs, and standards with the client’s mission, vision, strategy, business plan, values, and culture while also regarding best practices, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In order to offer customization, Amber focuses her initial attention on getting to know her client and the needs.
