We are a team of seasoned and credentialed professionals who draw from deep organizational experience.  Our Coaching Cadre are International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaches and consultants.  Our Human Capital consultants hold designations from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  

Blair Brennan Slaughter, MBA, PhD

Founder and CEO
Blair’s coaching practice draws from her own career progression into senior leadership and her 25 years in talent management and development. By helping clients align their values, motives, and behaviors, they perform in ways that are both personally rewarding and professionally effective.

Susan Auger, PhD

Susan cultivates collaborative leadership skills vital to developing and maintaining strategic business partnerships and unlocking the potential in individuals and organizations. This results in meaningful change and impact for her clients.

Jeff focuses on guiding clients safely through their zones of discomfort and toward shifts in thinking and behavior that lead to greater congruence between their overarching purpose and near-term priorities, ultimately leading to enhanced levels of engagement, learning, and performance.

Bernie Bena, MA, SPHR

Bernie works with leaders at all levels in organizations from Owners to Managers to Presidents to help strategize, lead, and facilitate transformational change to grow individual and organizational capability.

Phil Bergey, PhD

As a coach, Phil helps leaders transform themselves and their systems. Building on more than 30 years in board and executive roles in both business and non-profit leadership, he attends to both results and relationships with humor, flexibility, and depth.

Katy Breuer, MBA

Katy helps high-achieving leaders deliver results. She has a passion for inspiring people to maximize their potential, both professionally and personally, using their natural strengths. Katy’s extensive business experience serves as a solid backdrop to her empathetic and caring nature.

Jyl Camhi, MS

Jyl works with executives to help them identify and overcome the roadblocks that are holding them back from being the leader they wish to be and achieving their desired results, and she works with organizations to help build their overall leadership capacity.

Michelle Childers, MBA

Michelle has focused much of her career in startup and high growth businesses. As an HR leader and trusted advisor, she has been responsible for developing and executing human resource programs in collaboration with leaders and founders.

John Frisch, JD

John helps leaders deliver better results, joyfully. He has “walked in the shoes” of many of his clients; John’s coaching is informed by the wisdom he gained from the 15 years he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Miles & Stockbridge, a large mid-Atlantic law firm.

Atif Iqbal, MBA

Relying on his diverse executive experience, Wharton education, and integral coaching approach, Atif’s clients accelerate their personal development and are better prepared for future challenges. As a management consultant with 25 years of experience, her approach to coaching is built on a deep understanding of systemic change.

Amber Scurti, MBA, PHR

Amber brings over 20 years of HR experience from various industries, sizes, structures, locations, and cultures. As an HR consultant, she takes a passionate, innovative, and collaborative approach to meet client needs. Jeff is a fierce listener, trusted advisor, coach and consultant. His career is defined by senior HR roles in which he has helped leaders at all levels to thrive during periods of growth and change. Jeff quickly understands shifting business needs and translates strategy into actionable projects and roles for others.
